I had an issue with shipping and POTV was very helpful in resolving that. My package was delivered to a neighbors house, & while I understand that's on USPS & not POTV, I don't like that POTV uses USPS. My address is 360 and USPS wrote 350 in big sharpie, leading to the wrong delivery. I caught it in time, but if I hadn't, I'd be dealing with a very annoying claims process I imagine. If I'm paying like $215, I expect an accurate delivery and USPS is not a good delivery service. Yes, I have filed a complaint with them, but lord knows that'll achieve nothing.
