All the purchases we did that global blue company were related to got stamped and we got the tax free.
The kiosk of plant wasn’t updated and it didn’t showed our flight.
Their office were closed and now we try to contact the Italian customs to get stamped of our purchases, plant don’t assist us at all although all this issue happened just because their kiosk wasn’t updated! No one from their company willing to assist us with the situation they caused us. We did purchase at Chanel and I’m about to contact them because it’s crazy luxury brand using such a useless company that don’t assist the customers to get their rights and their tax free back.
