Due to the company's inability to provide accurate and accessible contact information (both phone number and email), I faced financial loss after being targeted by scammers. The company acknowledged the errors in their contact details and offered an apology, but no financial responsibility or compensation has been provided. I'm sharing this to caution others: insufficient customer support and misleading contact information can lead to significant financial consequences.
Reflecting on my earlier review, which still confuses me. I've lost $3000 to a company that appears to have the same branding and details as another. I wonder how anyone can tell the legitimate one from the fraudulent version (if there is one, as claimed) without first checking on Trustpilot? I couldn't reach out to the company before posting my issue here, which made it impossible! After detailing my problem via email, they told me it wasn't their company and that since it involved a third party, they had no responsibility. I'm still trying to figure out who scammed me. ***UPDATE: Why was the incorrect contact number for Turkey overlooked? And why did I receive no response when I emailed to verify if this was the legitimate company? You are accountable for not providing accurate contact numbers initially. I attempted both email and phone to contact them, but neither worked! Is this your responsibility, or is it part of a larger scam? NOTE: Please don't say the number works now; yes, it does, but only after I wrote and you updated it! I have emails and records to prove this!
