Good evening! As parents, we had a positive interaction with our child's teacher in a friendly manner, addressing concerns effectively. Her guidance has been beneficial over the past year. Our child is performing well. The counselor also assisted in rescheduling classes. We hope for continued support for our child's development. Thank you to the team.
I enrolled my daughter in public speaking classes in April 2025, and this November I felt pressured to extend the classes, even though there are still pending sessions from the previous enrollment. I'm unsure about this review as I'm not particularly happy with the experience; I felt pushed into giving this review as well. I've always appreciated the curriculum and the instructors.
Update: The company denies a full refund and misleads customers. Their response to my initial review, claiming my refund was processed "immediately," is a deliberate falsehood. Here are the facts: The delay was 5 months, not "immediate." I requested a refund right after my child's first class. The partial refund was only initiated five months later, after I posted a negative review. The refund was incomplete, with the company still retaining a portion of my principal amount through questionable charges. Additionally, since posting the review, they contacted me privately, stating they would process the remaining funds only if I removed my negative feedback. This proves my review is accurate and truthful.
