I hope this review finds you well.I recently requested a demo class for my daughter and received confirmation from your team regarding a scheduled class on May 26th, 2024. However, upon further review, discrepancies have arisen that I wish you to address:1. There appears to be conflicting information regarding the date of the class. While the email confirmation specifies May 26th, 2024, your portal indicates that the class is scheduled for May 27th, 2024. This inconsistency has caused confusion regarding the accurate date of the session. Additionally, the notification received via mobile device also indicates May 26th, 2024. Clarification on the correct date would be appreciated. Furthermore, I received a notification at 9:30 AM stating that the class would commence in one hour, corresponding to 10:30 UAE time. It seems that this notification overlooked accounting for time zone differences, which has further contributed to the confusion.2. The link provided by the teacher for accessing the class appears to be invalid, hindering our ability to participate in the session as intended.3. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the teacher via email and phone calls, I have not received a response. This lack of communication has compounded the challenges encountered during this initial engagement with Planet Spark.Regrettably, these issues have resulted in a less than satisfactory experience for us. I kindly request prompt resolution of these matters and improved communication moving forward to ensure a more seamless experience for all parties involved.We came late at night since it was a weekend and, in the morning, I happened to pesture my daughter to class.
