I’m quite frustrated with my purchase. For the amount I paid, I expected a healthy, properly packaged plant, but it arrived damaged, with broken stems and crushed leaves. It looked nothing like the appealing photos I saw. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful; when I sought assistance, they provided no real solutions or accountability. It's unacceptable to charge such a high price for a product in this condition and then ignore the customer afterward. I won’t be ordering again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking quality and reliability.
