Extremely unhappy with this purchase I had looked at reviews on their website but clearly should have checked here before purchasing. Ordered and even paid for the heat pack for the winter shipping and recieved plants that were damaged and look to have died (or been in poor condition when sent). I emailed and heard back roughly three days after plants arrived and I was told to follow the care guide, and when they only said one of the five plants looked fine. I spent roughly 200.00 on this order and if I had of wanted a project I would have went to a clearance section at a box store.

Their website has no review section, and all the reviews displayed there are fake. After paying over $200 for a Monstera Albo, I received one with a total reversion. Only one mother leaf had variegation and all other leaves had zero variegation. I reached out for a resolution, but she kept referring to this as a subjective matter, and if I still wanted to return, I had to pay the shipping and there would be 40% restoring fee (likely their copy and paste generic response as I read from other reviews). This seller is a scammer. Stay away.

I’m quite frustrated with my recent purchase from the service. For the amount I paid (180 CAD), I anticipated receiving a healthy, well-packaged plant, but it arrived damaged, with broken stems and crushed leaves. It looked nothing like the attractive images shown. To make matters worse, the support team was unhelpful when I sought assistance, providing no real solutions or accountability. It’s unacceptable to charge such a high price for a product in this condition and then neglect the customer afterward. I will not be ordering from them again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone seeking quality and reliability.

Avoid This Business

This is a scam! I strongly advise against ordering from this company. My order was significantly delayed, their customer service was unprofessional, and the updates I received were misleading. When I brought my concerns to my credit card company, I received a rude email in response. Such behavior from a supposed business is unacceptable. Two of the three items I eventually received arrived in poor condition, and the third was never delivered. They simply informed me they wouldn’t send it, without a valid explanation or solution. This operation feels deceptive and risky for customers. A clear warning is needed: do not order from this company.

If you are considering ordering from this service, let me save you the trouble. My experience took a turn for the worse quickly. Disappointed in Customer Service

Money Wasted

I regret not believing the negative reviews before wasting my time and money. They consistently blame customers for their errors and refuse to resolve issues. I received an unrooted plant that appeared fine at first but died within a week. When I contacted them, I received a rude response accusing me of disrespect and making false claims. There’s no accountability on their part, and I won’t waste my time replying. I just want to warn others not to make the same mistake with this company.

This is a scam. The owner fails to ship everything and engages in arguments via email. I ordered a pot over a month ago and still haven’t received it. Avoid purchasing from this seller.

Frustrating Experience

I placed an order and after a long wait, I was informed that my address was classified as remote, affecting delivery. I had anticipated receiving my plant much sooner. I found their response to my concerns lacking professionalism, and I will be choosing to order from a more reliable source in the future. If I do not receive my order soon, I expect a full refund.
