I ordered a plant as a gift in December 2024 and was assured it wouldn’t be shipped until the weather was favorable (above +5°C). Despite this, the plant was sent on January 31st—during freezing temperatures—and arrived severely damaged due to shipping delays.When I reached out to Planteia, I was met with deflection instead of accountability. They falsely claimed that I pressured them to ship, even though I explicitly said I was fine waiting until spring. After multiple frustrating email exchanges, their “solution” was to wait until March 2nd to see if the plant would regrow and offer a mere $35 plus shipping for a replacement.The lack of responsibility, poor customer service, and unwillingness to rectify their mistake make this company one I cannot recommend. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a more reliable seller.I wish I could attach all email exchanges here; you would be shocked how they responded. I even have screenshots of support chat. Such a nightmare!
