Would give less than one star is possible. They shipped my plants on the few days that were below -20°c and when they arrived they looked ok but over the next two days they completely dried up and all three of our plants didn’t make it. But there policy is you have to message them the same day as arrival but a plant that gets frost bite is not always noticeable the first day or even first few days so it is completely a joke. On top of all of this the customer service is brutally rude and argumentative. GIVE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWERE!!!
