Not the best company to deal with.* Out of two plants, only one arrived. After claiming I got the second one.* Shipping has room for damages. My plants arrived shook up.* Their “guarantee” is not a post-sale safety net for the buyer. They wouldn’t accept any possible flaw on the plants or shipping, and after shipping it is not on them.* Their understanding is that post-sale “recommendations to specific situations are not included in the price and they are not obligated to do so”.* Customer Service’s behaviour demonstrated arrogance and arbitrariness. Not a pleasant conversation since the beginning.
