This experience has been incredibly frustrating. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I paid for a lifetime subscription to help with my plants, but the app failed to provide accurate assessments. I tried to contact the company for a refund, but they directed me to the platform for assistance. After reaching out to the platform, they refused to issue a refund. I disputed the charge with my card issuer, but it was denied without explanation. It seems like the platform is just trying to take my money for an ineffective app. I will continue to share my negative experience until I get my money back!
