Misleading pricing and poor service

I am very disappointed with this company's confusing pricing and refund policies. I signed up for what I thought was a yearly fee of $49.99, but later found out I was being charged $49.99 monthly. When I reached out to support, they claimed I signed up through their website and pointed to their refund policy. Even after canceling months ago, they continue to charge me and refuse to issue a refund. $600 a year for an app advertised at $49.99 annually is unacceptable. I feel misled and taken advantage of.

Misleading billing practices

The app itself is decent, but the billing is very misleading! They do not offer refunds, so I keep getting charged. I cancelled my account, yet I was still billed. I've deleted my account and hope I won't be charged again. Use caution!

Extremely disappointing experience

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I paid for a lifetime subscription to help with my plants, but the app failed to provide accurate assessments. I tried to contact the company for a refund, but they directed me to the platform for assistance. After reaching out to the platform, they refused to issue a refund. I disputed the charge with my card issuer, but it was denied without explanation. It seems like the platform is just trying to take my money for an ineffective app. I will continue to share my negative experience until I get my money back!
