Do NOT order from this company unless you want headaches. They don't answer phones, and their emails are confusing. I ordered a tree for over $200 and have been waiting two weeks for shipping information, only to receive vague replies. The weather is getting hotter, and I can't plant the tree or make any plans. It seems I might not get my order or a refund, and I may need to file a complaint with the Attorney General.
