Ordered a plant for Christmas, but it's arriving late.

I placed an order in advance for a Christmas plant. After 1.5 weeks, it's only just shipping and will arrive after the holiday. I won't be using this service again, and they even charge for order cancellations despite claiming a 5-day shipping time. Completely untrustworthy.

Delivery not as promised

Tree died quickly

The tree I ordered died within two months, and the white rock I received turned yellow. The service was unwilling to assist in resolving the issue.

Infected plant received

My plant arrived with 30% of its limbs broken, but I managed to deal with that. However, just a week later, it became clear the plant was infected with some pathogen. I shared photos, but they were dismissed since issues had to be reported within three days of delivery.

Frustrating experience with my order

I ordered on May 22, 2025, and it has been the worst experience with an online retailer. Despite their promise of fast shipping, over ten days went by without any update. I tried to cancel before shipping, and although they confirmed it hadn’t shipped, they still charged a cancellation fee. The plant arrived weeks late and in poor condition, and my attempts to return it were ignored. This company has made everything difficult instead of straightforward. I've documented everything and reported them to various authorities. They are quick to take your money but avoid accountability when issues arise.

Incorrect order received

I ordered and paid for a spider plant in a 3-gallon pot but received a 1-gallon plant in a hanging pot instead. Despite numerous emails, I only received vague responses and was charged for the larger plant. I did not receive what I paid for and will never order from them again. I should have checked the reviews first.
