I placed an order in advance for a Christmas plant. After 1.5 weeks, it's only just shipping and will arrive after the holiday. I won't be using this service again, and they even charge for order cancellations despite claiming a 5-day shipping time. Completely untrustworthy.

Frustrating experience with my order

Incorrect order received

I ordered and paid for a spider plant in a 3-gallon pot but received a 1-gallon plant in a hanging pot instead.
