Biggest issue is customer service and the inability to even know where the orders are and when they will be delivered. The terrarium I ordered is pretty nice, but customer service at first did not respond and when they finally did, it was days after it was delivered.
I ordered a lamp in mid-December and have not been as lucky. I reached out to customer service twice, but the responses were unhelpful. They told me that the label was printing and I would receive updates that way, but that never happened (no label for the terrarium either). After that, they stopped responding completely. They seem overwhelmed and unable to handle increased business.
