Ordered through both their normal website and wholesale section. Both times I have been extremely happy with my orders. Through the main shop I ordered some monstera albo cuttings and a variegated parlour palm. It arrived packaged extremely professionally and the plants in great condition (All three cutting have now rooted and put out new growth - including variegated leaves)My wholesale order had some damage during postage but I was offered a full refund for the damaged plants so no complaints there at all as some plants were still okay to chop and prop.
