My entire shopping experience was exceptional, from ordering to delivery. I had questions before my order and received prompt and helpful responses. I requested a delay for my order to arrive in time for a special occasion, and it arrived in perfect condition. My wife was overjoyed when she received it. I would definitely order again.
My recent delivery arrived in damaged boxes, leading to one of the tall plants being in poor condition upon arrival. I took photos and emailed the support team. After three days, I received a response offering a 25% refund or the option to return the plant. They could only provide a 25% refund from the carrier, which was disappointing. The box was already in bad shape and I had to cut it further to get the plant out, making it impossible to return. After several emails, they stopped responding, leaving me without a return option or refund. Unfortunately, the plant didn't survive. I've had issues with four out of five orders from this company, and this was my last attempt. I won't be ordering from them again and will choose a competitor with a better reputation.
I ordered a costly plant that was depicted as vibrant and full. However, the one I received was quite different, with only four leaves and under a foot tall. One leaf rotted and fell off within a week. The support team was not very helpful, providing a standard response about browning, which I understood but was not applicable to this degree. They offered a 25% discount on a plant from an order over £70, which I contested, but they went ahead without addressing my concerns. I was very disappointed. I even suggested returning it for an exchange, but this was ignored. I will not be ordering from this company again, which is unfortunate as the quality was great last year.
