On November 26th, I made a purchase. Despite four requests made so far (18.12), I haven't received a delivery date. Despite two assurances that it would arrive by the middle of the following week (which was the case for the past two weeks), I am still without this information. Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel the order as the 14-day window has expired, and I must leave for Christmas. I acknowledge the impact of weather conditions, but this level of unreliability is extremely frustrating. I am immensely disappointed and vow to never purchase from this source again.They are ignoring all of my requests of a delivery date, always answering “we will make our best to delivery the plant as soon as possible” since November.
