Customer service and delivery practices were quite poor. You receive a 10% discount for subscribing to the newsletter, but the fine print indicates you only have 7 days to use it. Customer service takes a long time to inform you that they cannot assist once the 7-day period has passed. Why does it matter if I ordered 10 or 7 days after subscribing? I've never faced such issues with other shops in the EU. I ordered two plants anyway, and they arrived in terrible condition—poorly packed and delivered. This has been the worst experience among all online plant shops! EDIT 16/07/2025: I appreciate the response to my review and the flexibility shown in handling my case. I wish this had occurred from the start, not just after my negative review. I hope other customers benefit from prompt and empathetic responses. Nonetheless, I still believe this experience was easily avoidable, and I'm disappointed with the state of the plants. However, I might return for the beneficial insects as they are truly effective. Thank you for resolving the issue in the end.
