The service is unreliable. I had almost every delivery left outside the building, independently of the dimension of the package and of the value of it. After many chat and calls with the customer support, it seems they changed something last month, but the good experience has been for only two delivery. Obviously, it is written clearly also in the settings of delivery of my profile in their customer page (settings that I had to escalate 2 times because they changed without my interaction). Today again package left outside without ring (with electronics in it). It is really bad for a delivery company, I tried to inform all the vendors where I buy to not send through them also if should cost something more. I'm happy that Galaxus already configured the option in their web shop to delivery exclusively with Swiss Post service.
