They were supposed to deliver 3 folding beds on one day shipping, on Thursday. Not a word from them. On Friday afternoon, after several calls to their customer service, we got a laconic email, stating that the delivery won’t be on Friday, but on next Monday. It’s too late for buying in any other store today. Everything is closed. So not responsible, horrible service. We saw their delivery car, a big car, and the driver said we were never on his schedule. We won’t use any shop that uses their service again.
