I used Plastiq to pay my rent, but due to an unexplained issue, my payment has been delayed for over 3 days. I still have not received a refund, and no one can clearly explain what is happening.My landlord is already asking for payment, and this situation is extremely stressful. Customer support only keeps giving me a case number and repeating the same responses without providing any real solution or progress update.For a payment service, reliability is critical, and this experience has been very disappointing. I will not use this service again.
