Plastiq is an excellent service! When I signed up, an account executive (Eric) emailed me to inform me about their services and help me through the process of making my first payment. I was using Plastiq for my down payment for a house and he answered all of my questions and informed me which documents Plastiq would need in order to process the payments, the amount of time it would take, the fee structure, and which credit cards could be utilized for this purpose. He then followed up our conversation with an email that included those answers in case I forgot or needed to review and where the information could be found on the website. My closing was delayed and he called to ensure I was not having difficulty utilizing Plastiq since he had not seen any activity from me on closing day. When it did come time for me to send my down payment, the process could not have been easier. It was very simple, the charges did not process as a cash advance (Plastiq would not have processed the payment if it was going to be considered a cash advance) and the funds arrived that day at the title company before I did. I will definitely continue to use Plastiq in the future! I was very impressed with the communication and the process!
