Markus was on the BALL - he took me through my first loan - Ever . Step by step he made me feel comfortable and not pressured - any questions I had he backed with an email and explanation - I truly don’t know if I would have done a loan this way if he wasn’t as professional and patient as he was - I am not a computer person. So even getting documents he needed was a challenge , however Markus was extremely patient and helpful.
