I intended to use the funds for my business expansion. After agreeing on an amount, the representative kept changing the requirements for documentation, even after I submitted a signed contract. When I raised my concerns, the representative responded in a very unprofessional manner. I requested to cancel the contract as I no longer wanted to proceed, and while he confirmed this via text, I never received any formal cancellation documentation. I reached out directly to the company for confirmation but received no response. This type of business practice raises significant concerns.
The representative made what could have been a stressful loan process incredibly smooth. Their communication was outstanding, always taking the time to explain everything clearly. I truly valued their expertise and commitment to keeping everything on track. They transformed a complicated process into a positive experience. Working with them was seamless—communication was clear, every question was answered, and the entire process felt easy.
Markus was on the BALL - he took me through my first loan - Ever . Step by step he made me feel comfortable and not pressured - any questions I had he backed with an email and explanation - I truly don’t know if I would have done a loan this way if he wasn’t as professional and patient as he was - I am not a computer person. So even getting documents he needed was a challenge , however Markus was extremely patient and helpful. I highly recommend the process I went through and hope all his co workers are as good at their job as he has been . Thank You Markus
