When I raised my concerns, the representative responded in a very unprofessional manner. I requested to cancel the contract as I no longer wanted to proceed, and while he confirmed this via text, I never received any formal cancellation documentation. I reached out directly to the company for confirmation but received no response. This type of business practice raises significant concerns.
