My toilet has been leaking for months. I have been awaiting a call/email for months in regards to a new bathroom being fitted and I keep going round in circles. Being told I will receive a call within 3-5 days and not receiving anything. I have phoned several times and spoken to several different people with no answer. I just need a simple yes or not answer as I was told I need this before the flooring can be fitted. Very unprofessional and the lady I recently spoke to over the phone today wasn’t polite.
