I have contacted platform numerous times to help with my neighbour who is breaching their tenancy & constant disturbance from them which is affecting myself &my family's lives.absolutley no help whatsoever. Disgusting behaviour from platform &i have no choice but to now contact environmental health &housing ombudsman!!
