Scamlords!! I wouldn't even rate them 1star, but I have to !! Money hoarding, greedy slumlords. Imagine paying £55 service charge monthly, and then they don't even cut your side of the communal area for over a year !!!? And it actually took months of complaints eventually !! Everything goes up !! Service goes down. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone !!
