I've owned my spa for four months, and there's an annoying high-pitched whistle where I rest my head. The company doesn't seem eager to assist the technician in resolving the issue. They've visited three times in four months! I call every two weeks for updates, but there's been no progress from the company. The hot tub itself is nice, but the follow-up customer service is severely lacking. If it breaks down, good luck getting help.
