Extremely disappointing spa experience

This has been the most disappointing spa experience we've ever had. Just a few months into ownership, the lights went out and it developed a leak. It's been since September and we're still without lights. After four months, we're still waiting on the correct parts. A technician came to fix it but brought the wrong items, so now we're waiting another two months for him to return with the right part. The seats are so deep that if you're under 6 feet tall, you'll need a pillow to sit comfortably. Save your money; it's simply not worth it. The customer service is a nightmare as no one answers the phone. To maintain the warranty, you constantly have to take water samples, or it becomes void. We had a much better experience with a different brand for 20 years. Oh, and my husband ended up fixing the leak himself.

Frustration with the spa experience

I've owned my spa for four months, and there's an annoying high-pitched whistle where I rest my head. The company doesn't seem eager to assist the technician in resolving the issue. They've visited three times in four months! I call every two weeks for updates, but there's been no progress from the company. The hot tub itself is nice, but the follow-up customer service is severely lacking. If it breaks down, good luck getting help.

From my first visit, the staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I initially spoke with a representative who was honest and straightforward. I had to order my hot tub and arrange for a concrete slab to be laid, and they kindly let me use one they had on display. I enjoyed it and felt it was a good purchase. I opted for a smaller three-seater model with numerous jets, Bluetooth speakers, fountains, and changing lights. The price was reasonable compared to others I considered. I've had a minor issue with a side panel, but they quickly ordered a replacement, and their service has been excellent. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to enjoy a spa!

Need assistance with error codes

The delivery team was fantastic! However, I'm now experiencing several error codes after filling my hot tub with water. I can't keep the heater on, and I'm encountering error codes 15, 28, and 30. There's no air lock, the jets are functioning well, and all valves are open. I need help resolving this issue!

Great tub but initial issues

We were let down that the hot tub arrived with non-functioning lights. However, the customer service regarding this complaint has been responsive and helpful in sending a technician to assess the situation. I remain hopeful that the hot tub will be restored to the condition we expected. Otherwise, it's a great tub, and the delivery was handled well with all packaging removed by the drivers.
