Extremely disappointing spa experience

This has been the most disappointing spa experience we've ever had. Just a few months into ownership, the lights went out and it developed a leak. It's been since September and we're still without lights. After four months, we're still waiting on the correct parts. A technician came to fix it but brought the wrong items, so now we're waiting another two months for him to return with the right part. The seats are so deep that if you're under 6 feet tall, you'll need a pillow to sit comfortably. Save your money; it's simply not worth it. The customer service is a nightmare as no one answers the phone. To maintain the warranty, you constantly have to take water samples, or it becomes void. We had a much better experience with a different brand for 20 years. Oh, and my husband ended up fixing the leak himself.
