I dealt with John (the owner) and Morgan (sales assistant) – both were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.The car was absolutely immaculate on pickup, just as described. After driving it away, a small issue came up, but John was brilliant. He took the car straight back, apologised sincerely, and had it fully fixed the same day. The mechanic also carried out a full road test and clean-out to make sure everything was spot on.John was completely honest and had no hesitation in resolving the issue. He even offered to collect the car and provide a courtesy car, though that wasn’t needed in the end because he sorted it so quickly and efficiently.Great customer service from start to finish – would definitely recommend Platinum Car Sales to anyone looking for a quality used car and a trustworthy dealer.
