Firstly I was so appreciative of the fact that I was kept updated throughout my order being designed and prepared, I was impressed that it was the owner talking to me not anyone else that made me feel like a valued customer! I was also asked what number I’d like on my Tony Carrol shoes which was also really great. What I received was mind blowing! I didn’t expect to get the signed CD in mine so when I saw that I just was totally blown away! I love this company and their really personal touch and customer outreach and I’ll be keeping an eye out for other shoes to order and buy! These guys are beyond five star!!
