I had never personally seen an infrared or near-infrared device before, so I searched the web and different reviews and finally settled on one of your products, the BIOMAX 450, after comparing with other devices. So in reality I wasn't sure what I would be getting since I had no experience and nothing to compare with. On receiving the unit I was impressed by its good general aspect and sturdiness, it looked very solid. In the meantime, since I bought it on a trip to the US and would take it back to my country, Argentina, it hit on me that we had different voltages. Not only that, I checked and the date delivery window was narrow. Contacted the company and they were very helpful, informed that it worked with all voltages (no need for a transformer) and would ensure delivery was as prompt as possible. The unit arrived in good time, I'm using it and am very satisfied. The LED screen allows for different operational modes and combinations which is very convenient.
