There are many choices in the market for RedLight panels. I based my decision of customer support, FDA approved product, user feedback and ease of use. Many of the panel look alike but they sure aren't the same what they deliver. The BioMax Pro is powerful and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I did initially have an issue with my first unit being damaged in shipment and Platinum had no issue replacing it without question. They provided me with TOP Notch customer support. One of the main reasons I chose Platinum not knowing I’d have to use there support as soon as my new Platinum BioMax Ultra arrived. All good now and I hope I get many years out of my panel.
I purchased the Platinum LED BIOMAX primarily to use it for my muscle recovery routine, and it has exceeded my expectations. As someone who trains regularly, I’m always looking for ways to help my muscles feel less tight and fatigued after workouts. Although I used it less than 2 weeks, the BIOMAX panel has become a consistent part of my recovery process. After sessions, I noticed my muscles feel more relaxed, and I experience less tension after heavy training days. I really like it and I'm very happy with my purchase! I really recommend it for anyone who wants to release muscle or ligament tension, or recover from injuries.
I had never personally seen an infrared or near-infrared device before, so I searched the web and different reviews and finally settled on one of your products, the BIOMAX 450, after comparing with other devices. So in reality I wasn't sure what I would be getting since I had no experience and nothing to compare with. On receiving the unit I was impressed by its good general aspect and sturdiness, it looked very solid. In the meantime, since I bought it on a trip to the US and would take it back to my country, Argentina, it hit on me that we had different voltages. Not only that, I checked and the date delivery window was narrow. Contacted the company and they were very helpful, informed that it worked with all voltages (no need for a transformer) and would ensure delivery was as prompt as possible. The unit arrived in good time, I'm using it and am very satisfied. The LED screen allows for different operational modes and combinations which is very convenient.
We own a women's gym and use the panels put together there for the ladies and they love it! We even bought another for our home so we can use regularly. My skin and fine lines have drastically improved and I use it regularly for joint + muscle pain bc of my autoimmune disease.
Once again I am extremely pleased with my purchase from PlatinumLED. I have the Biomax 600 panel and my most recent purchase was for the light panel stand. It’s worth every Penny!! My husband and I can now lay in our bed while using our red light panel. It’s a game changer for sure, it’s much more comfortable to get our right light sessions in now. Well worth the money!! Starting 3rd week using this device, starting to see some fine lines disappear. I am optimistic on what several months of treatment will do. the fit and finish of this product is great. It worked perfectly out of the box. packaging was perfect. It just took a while from purchase to get the product in but the shipping updates were spot on from P-LED and i contacted them effortlessly. Will update in time.

I am a massage therapist; I work with professional and Olympic-level runners on a weekly basis and the bio max 600 is an integral part of my treatments for injuries, general recovery and relaxation. I also offer a spa-like facial treatment which includes 15 min of IRL on the face and décolleté. It completely transformed my massage practice; clients request it because of how bright and glowy it makes their skin look! I’ve also had clients report increased range of motion, significantly reduced pain and shortened healing time for muscle tears. I particularly like it for areas I can’t work on with manual massage but still want to treat, like varicose veins or recent post-surgery sites. I have the bio max 900 at home and use it on myself daily, and for Christmas this year I bought my family members and bestie red lights of their own! I literally can’t recommend platinum LED enough and can’t imagine my massage practice - or morning routine - without it.
The Biomax 450 is incredible. My husband and I have been using it for about 3 weeks now. We love the energy it gives us and are starting to see a difference in skin texture and firmness. I use it on my low back for pain and it works incredibly well. We will be building on with more lights and the horizontal stand so that we can lay down and get more coverage during one session. The 450 was a great place to start for us and anyone who wants to build a unit over time.
