There are many choices in the market for RedLight panels. I based my decision of customer support, FDA approved product, user feedback and ease of use. Many of the panel look alike but they sure aren't the same what they deliver. The BioMax Pro is powerful and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I did initially have an issue with my first unit being damaged in shipment and Platinum had no issue replacing it without question. They provided me with TOP Notch customer support. One of the main reasons I chose Platinum not knowing I’d have to use there support as soon as my new Platinum BioMax Ultra arrived. All good now and I hope I get many years out of my panel.
