Tried valet parking for the first time. It didn't start well; I called ahead but left two voicemails. Arrived at 4 am with no one to greet us. I got a mobile number from another agent, but it also went to voicemail. After about 10 minutes, I got a call saying they were on their way. We waited almost 40 minutes for the driver. Thankfully, I had added extra time or we would have missed our flight. Unsure about using this service again.
