I tried the valet parking service for the first time and it wasn't a great experience. We attempted to call the provided number to inform the staff of our arrival and left two voicemails. Upon reaching the airport at 4am, there was no one there to greet us. We managed to get a mobile number from an agent, but that also went to voicemail, so we left yet another message. About 10 minutes later, we received a call from a different mobile number indicating they were en route. We ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes from our arrival for the driver to show up. Thankfully, we had added an extra hour for our airport arrival; otherwise, we might have missed our flight. I am hesitant to use this service again.
