I opted for the pro version. Initially, I liked it and it performed as expected. However, when I used the desktop app to record online meetings, it struggled to recognize different voices and often didn't record anything at all. I reached out to support, who took about 24 hours to respond but couldn't resolve the issue. I returned it for a full refund. This was not the experience I anticipated.
