After figuring out how to “train” the system to understand the context with an agenda as Markup. It’s good to be able to upload document such as the agenda or contract for discussion. The app is great in discpher different languages like Thai, mandarin, Hokkien and English.
their support works very well and helpfull! Sad that they are not advertizing what i requested it was a simple request of the VAT details of my company in Portugal, but they fix it! If they advertise this i think they would get more costumers.
I Love this product didn’t realize how useful it truly is. I’m a man in recovery a keeping notes on my life a feelings are very important but the task of writing all these can be to much sometimes. With plaud it’s a cake walk an it does so much more then just keep notes the ai experience is great as well.

Plaud is a fantastic note taking app. Every time i attend a meeting or a class, i just switch it on and everything is noted beautifully. The accuracy is amazing too! It’s a must have for professionals who regularly go for meetings, or for students who don’t listen in class 😂

The basic AI generated meeting transcripts and summaries are pretty darn solid and getting better everyday as the system learns how I operate.
The templates that are being developed by other people are also extremely helpful for other things, including my return to journaling, which I haven't done in years and has led to some very interesting things for me to dig into. Very pleased.
Accurate transcripts and excellent summary of meetings. Mind Maps is a welcom bonus. Ability to create prompt based templates turns this from a MOM tool into an Executive Assistant.
I’m very happy with it so far. I find the transcriptions and summaries to be excellent. The ability to ask specific questions that send it searching for and finding minute details within my transcripts is also very helpful.
I've been testing it for a few days now, and I'm happy with the results. Not only is the transcription good, but the summary is also good and the tasks to be done are clearly outlined. My last meeting lasted 90 minutes and it was handled just as well.
