Approached help desk for unbinding the device from the previous mail. Took little time but did a great job, @Christopher Navarra and @Ken had put some great efforts on regaining access to my device. Took some time but I appreciate the effort. It is suggested for @plaud.ai to enable online/live chat so that issue can be resolved quickly and ease the panic. You guys do have online chat but responding in mails, my suggestion is to add this as a feature in your application or website where ever it is.Thank you
