My Plaud Note order was unexpectedly delivered to a different location by the postal service. As a result, the parcel was not collected on time and was therefore returned. After contacting Plaud customer service, I received a quick and clear response. I was offered two options: a refund or reshipment to the desired location. I chose the latter, and everything was sorted out in no time, and the Plaud Note was sent to me. I was kept informed immediately and clearly and received the item quickly. The Plaud Note is an excellent product and meets expectations. I find Plaud's customer service to be excellent and solution-oriented, for which I am grateful!
