I had a terrible experience with Plaud AI customer services and APP design. Their app and website make it extremely difficult to downgrade or cancel your subscription. After following their own instructions in detail, I was unable to close my account — instead, I was automatically upgraded and charged for a full year.When I reached out to support, they sent a canned response and refused to refund the initial monthly payment, even though the issue was clearly caused by their broken system. The app itself didn’t work properly, and their customer service feels evasive and scripted.I’ve already disputed the charge with my credit card company and filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company — their business model seems intentionally deceptive.
