I have been using the Plaud note for about a year and a half. It has worked seamlessly until the other day. I experience a lost recording. With a little bit of very helpful technical support, I was able to recover the lost recording and I am up and running again. Both the hardware and software side of Plaud have been easy and very helpful with keeping my life organized and meeting notes up to date. My colleagues are always impress with the summary reports.
