First time preordering a collectors edition from their site and I was informed a week after the release of the game they cancelled my preorder.
I will possibly not be getting my full refund as well.
I am DEVASTATED. I was really looking forward to this collectors edition.
I will not be pre-ordering from the site again until they can confirm their preorders. From other reviews it seems this is also a common issue. Buy at your own risk.
