I made my first purchase on here with my debit card on account I could not get any of my credit cards to work and boy was that a mistake! I had no problem purchasing on there but when I went to redeem is where the trouble started.
I put my redeem in and hit submit and thought all was good. The next day I could not log in to my account it said my account was suspended. I emailed support and they said my account is suspended because I made a purchase with a reported stolen card. This is MY card not a stolen card. They asked if I send them proof its my card. I sent them a picture of the physical card, a sceenshot from my bank of the purchase I made on the site and I even took a selfie with me holding the card and included that as well.
Its been about 2 days and I have not heard a thing from them once I sent them the required proof they requested. Meanwhile I am out of my $200 deposit that I put on the site cause I cannot get on it.
If you read the most recent reviews on Trust Pilot of them someone is having the exact same problem I am having. I am going to do what he said in his review and contact the BBB scam department and contact my state attorney general consumer protection agency. I provided all the proof requested and my account is still suspended and no response from Dogg House Casino.
I have never had a problem like this with an online casino in my life. My card is MY card not a stolen card. This is the most ridicilous thing ever!
If Dogg House can fix the problem I will update this review. I'm extremely stressed over this whole experience.
