I want to share my experience with this hosting service, which is scamming customers. Due to poor moderation and technical support (particularly from a certain representative), my money and all my VDS files, totaling 400 rubles, were taken. This behavior is unacceptable for a service of this level. The administration is unresponsive, and the main owner ignores my messages, simply telling me to "file a ticket." They have been ignoring me for a day now, even though they have read my messages. In short, this is not how a hosting service should operate, and I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this scammer. Terrible hosting!
