Due to poor moderation and inadequate technical support, I lost my money and all my VDS files, amounting to 400 rubles. This behavior is unacceptable for a service of this nature. The administration remains unresponsive, and the owner disregards my concerns, suggesting I simply submit a ticket. They have ignored me for over a day, despite reading my messages. In summary, this is not how a hosting service should operate, and I strongly advise against engaging with this provider. It has been a frustrating experience!
