I've played for about 10 minutes on four different days, and then a message appears saying I've hit my daily limit. I tried to resolve this online, but received generic responses that didn't help at all. I waited for an agent to assist me, but they couldn’t do anything either. I repeated this process four times! Now I see I can actually call someone for help. Why can't these automated systems just provide their phone number? Thanks for sharing...
